Blue tongue skinks poop around once every two days or so, they do this after they have eaten and completely digested their food. Once they reach adult hood blue tongue skinks won't poop nearly as much as smaller, younger blue tongue skinks because they don't have as fast metabolisms and aren't growing as much.
