Yes, tarantulas do molt and they do this to accommodate for their growing insides, their exoskeleton gets tight over time and they aren't able to stay inside of it, so they molt a new, softer one that becomes hardened after around a week of the molt. The molting process includes every part of the tarantula including the fangs and eyes. (Source)
