No, pink toe tarantulas don't need a heat lamp, they can tolerate temperatures ranging from 60 - 82 degrees Fahrenheit, in a perfect world the temperature they are exposed to should be between 78 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit. This is the best case scenario for them, you should also provide some hides for them to take cover in during the day time.
