Ball pythons get teeth when they are born, and throughout their entire lives, they constant lose and regrow teeth. The teeth that they have are used to help them catch prey and bite and constrict around potential predators that come their way. Their teeth isn't venomous by nature, they're quite different from fangs, this makes a ball python's bite pretty mild. (Source)
