One easy way to get a ball python to release its bite is to simply just wait it out. Chances are you won't be loosing tons of blood or being constricted to the point to where you are loosing consciousness. The other method is to squirt some hand sanitizer into their mouth as a last resort, this is for bigger ball pythons. 9/10 times they will release their bite on their own after a short amount of time.
