No, ball python bites from small ones don't hurt at all, the larger they are the harder they bite, they do have the potential do draw a tiny amount of blood, but it's nothing catastrophic. In the case that you're bitten by a ball python, it's best to relax and let them release on their own, chances are they'll get tired of holding you and will eventually let go.

Worst case scenario you can spray water and soap into their mouths to get them to release. (Source)
