Yes, banana ball pythons do in fact have teeth, they are pretty sharp but also quite small. Their teeth are used bite down on their prey, they then will constrict around them, their teeth help them keep a strong hold on whatever it is they're eating. Ball pythons don't have fangs that are venomous, they only have a set of sharp small teeth.
