No, ball pythons don't recognize their owners, they don't have complex enough brains to remember who you are exactly, however they will still get used to you over time. Familiarity will build the more you bond with your snake, but it isn't like they totally remember who you are every time, just that they are familiar with you and what you do with them, like handling for example.
