The best way to treat a ball python with a respiratory infection is to bring them to the exotic vet, that way they will take the best actions regarding your ball python solely based off of the exact health of your ball python. 

The exotic vet will likely prescribe some sort of antibiotics to your ball python to help treat and eliminate the ball python's respiratory infection.
