Yes, you can switch a baby ball python from live rodents to frozen rodents by showing them different types of thawed rodents, if they have a powerful strike and will to eat, they should go right after the thawed rodents.

You might have to show them the thawed rodent first and let them get used to the scent before they eat it if they don't strike at it. You can do this by leaving the thawed rodent and ball python together in an enclosure together.
