Yes, ball pythons can be kept in bioactive enclosures, they love this and it makes them feel like they are in a wild environment. Ideally, you should ensure that they are kept in an organic topsoil so that they can burrow if need be. It makes the enclosure look more bioactive as well as allowing the humidity to resonate which is better than it all disappearing after you mist.
