Yes, you should mist your ball python tank to make sure that the humidity level stays within 40 - 60%. It's especially important to make sure that you mist when your ball python is shedding, this helps them get their old skin off of them. It should be noted however, that it shouldn't always be humid in there, there should be a dip in humidity at some point so that your ball python doesn't develop a respiratory disease.
