No, you can't keep 2 ball pythons together in the same tank, they are prone to fighting one another and they aren't happy at all with tankmates. Ball pythons are solitary creatures and enjoy being alone inside of their tank. It's good practice to keep ball pythons in separate tanks. 

The only exception to this rule is if you are trying to breed your ball pythons, in that scenario you would have them in the same tank together, but would monitor closely to ensure things don't get too out of hand.
