Yes, a ball python could kill a human, they can also kill pets as well, that is if they're big enough. The ball python would have to be not only big (at least 5 feet), but the person they are going after would have to be very weak, so they'd either be young or very old. Scenarios like this are pretty unlikely, a lot would have to go wrong for this to happen.

Ball pythons are generally not dangerous to humans. They are non-venomous constrictors and typically prefer to avoid confrontation. While they can constrict their prey, their size and strength are not sufficient to harm a healthy adult human. Most interactions with ball pythons are safe, especially if they are handled properly. That said, it's always important to treat any animal with respect and caution.

While a ball python is capable of constricting its prey, they are generally not dangerous to humans. They are non-venomous and tend to avoid confrontation. It's very unlikely for a healthy adult to be harmed by one, as their size and strength aren't sufficient for serious injury. Most interactions with ball pythons are safe, especially with proper handling. However, it’s always best to treat any snake with respect and caution to ensure everyone's safety.
