Mice can live for around an entire month without drinking any water, this is because they get most of their water from their food. When mice don't have any water, they tend to grow lethargic, sickly looking and they begin to loose weight and may possibly die. This isn't the best thing for any pet mice. it's best to keep them on a consistent food and water schedule. (Source)
