Yes, some mice like being petted, it kind of depends on how often they were handled when they were young, it varies from mouse to mouse, but generally speaking mice are pretty friendly, sociable and docile pets that you can easily interact with. The younger you can get your mice, the better because you can make them comfortable with you.
