No, you shouldn't kiss your pet rat as this only stresses them out and causes them anxiety, they don't like to be that close to their care givers. Rats may even bite you when they are feeling stressed out or anxious, their bites can spread various germs and diseases that can make you sick. Best to avoid this situation from happening altogether.
