No, naked mole rats don't make good pets because they are pretty high maintenance and hard to come by. They aren't the easiest pets to take care of because of how specific their care needs are. I would recommend against owning naked mole rats as pets, and instead go for more readily available, easier options. Hamsters, chinchillas and rats all come to mind.
