Yes, guinea pigs can eat mangoes when they are fed to them in moderation. They are herbivores and will eat just about anything that is plant related to include fruits. Fruits shouldn't be fed to guinea pigs too much though because they contain high levels of sugar. Timothy hay and grass pellets should make up the bulk of their diets along with some vegetables.
