It can take up to half an hour or so to wake up a hedgehog from hibernation, you start by warming up the temperature around them so that they know that it's warm and not cold. Cold weather triggers a hedgehog to go into hibernation. Ideally, your hedgehog shouldn't be in hibernation to begin with, as they don't have a reason to in captivity if everything is all taken care of.
