There are a couple of different ways to sterilize wood for reptiles, the first is the oven method, you put the wood inside of an oven at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours, afterwards you let the wood cool off, then you put it inside of your reptile's enclosure.

The second method is the bleach method. You put the wood inside of a bleach solution for 24 hours, this will kill literally everything and anything on the branch. Afterwards, you wash the wood then let it dry before you put it inside of your reptile enclosure.

Hope this helps! 😄
