Yes, dawn dish soap is safe for reptiles as long as you wash the area where it was applied at and dry it completely. Don't feed your reptiles any dish soap or anything like that, don't handle them with it on your hands either. Reptiles are pretty susceptible to chemicals so it's a good idea to wash your hands really good before you go and handle them/touch them in any way.
