The white spot on the eye of a crested gecko is most likely an eye infection, you should bring your crested gecko to the veterinarian as soon as possible to treat the infection. The white spot on the eye could also be a cataract, caused by too close of UVB light or constant UVB exposure without anywhere for them to take shelter at. 

Either way a trip to the vet won't hurt.
