Yes, rattle snakes do eat crested geckos, they will if given the opportunity, that's why it's good to keep them separated, you wouldn't want your crested gecko to get eaten. Snakes are predators to most lizards and it's something that you should be aware of if you're keeping both snakes and geckos.
