A baby crested gecko can go without eating for around 2-3 weeks, this isn't ideal at all, but it's as long as they can last. You never really want them to go a couple of days or so without eating because they are young and growing. Crested geckos can't last as long without water, it's essential for their wellbeing, so you should always have it readily available to them, like in a water dish.
