No, you can't keep two crested geckos together because they will most likely fight each other, they are extremely territorial reptiles and will attack each other. This can result in severe injury and even death. Best to keep them in separate enclosures, the only exception to this if you're trying to breed two crested geckos together, then you can, but it should still be closely monitored.
