No, a pink tongue skink shouldn't live with a crested gecko because there is a chance that they may fight each other and get injured. Crested geckos are solitary animals and so are pink tongue skinks, they should be in separate enclosures. A skinks jaw is very strong and capable of dealing some solid damage to a crested gecko.
