Crested gecko mating behavior is aggressive, they will bite the necks of female crested geckos and make chirping noises. This is normal and ideally, you shouldn't interfere unless you believe that your gecko's wellbeing is at stake. In most cases, the biting doesn't have any lasting damage to the females, so it should be good.
