Yes, you can use branches from outside to put inside of your crested gecko's enclosure, the only thing you should do though is bake the branches at 400 degrees for around 10-15 minutes so that everything on it is killed off, mainly the bacteria and viruses. Afterwards, you should be able to put the branches inside of the crested gecko enclosure.
