Yes, you can use bamboo bars for crested geckos, they are completely safe for them and your crested geckos will probably really enjoy the new addition to their enclosures. Most of the decorative bamboo bars on the market are currently made out of plastic, and plastic isn't bad for crested geckos. Real bamboo isn't bad for them either, so it's all good.
