No, skinks shouldn't be kept with crested geckos, that's not a good idea at all, crested geckos are extremely territorial and will not like having any skinks inside of an enclosure with them, skinks are also a lot bigger than crested geckos and could potentially seriously injure them or kill them if they wanted to.

Better to keep them separated where they'll be happier and safer.
