You should ensure that your crested gecko is eating and pooping, this will solve the weight gain issue. Usually if your crested isn't gaining weight it's because he/she isn't eating. You should make sure that the humidity is right and that your crested actually likes the powdered diet flavor that you're offering him/her. You can also try feeding live, calcium dusted insects.
