A bearded dragon can go without UVB for around 2 weeks, after that the risks of developing MBD become increasingly more likely due to the absence of UVB light. Going without UVB light for even a few days is generally not recommended due to how dependent bearded dragons are on it. Better to provide them the light they need so that they remain healthy.
