To treat scale rot on any reptile, you should get a container and fill it with warm water and betadine, the water level should be high enough where it covers the majority of your reptile's body but not so much that they drown. You're going to want to poke holes in the container then put your reptile inside and let them soak for half an hour, this will treat scale rot in your reptiles effectively. (Source)
