Yes, hamsters can eat kale, kale is a good snack for hamsters due to all of the valuable vitamins and minerals that it possesses. Kale also has lots of good antioxidants which your hamster will 100% benefit from. It's good to rinse the kale before feeding it to your hamster, this removes any preservatives that may be on it.
