Yes, hamsters can eat apples with the skin still attached to them, apple skin poses no real threat to your hamsters in any sort of way, I would recommend however that you rinse the apple skin before giving it to your hamster, this removes any preservatives that were coated on the apple. In general it's nothing to sweat about though, just make sure to feed apples to your hamster in moderation as with any other snack/treat.
