If your hamster is cold, stiff and not moving then, unfortunately this means that your hamster is dead. Hamsters don't hibernate in captivity like they would in the wild, so if your hamster is cold and not moving it's a bad sign. It's ok if they're cold, but they should feel loose and floppy not crisp and cold.

Hope this helps, and if your hamster isn't alive anymore I'm sorry.
