Yes, hamsters can eat spinach, spinach is a good vegetable for hamsters to eat due to the calcium, protein, vitamin C and vitamin D contained within them. You should rinse the spinach with water before you feed it to hamsters because there could be other preservatives on them that aren't healthy for hamsters to eat. 

Overall, spinach should be fed to hamsters in moderation, spinach is a good supplemental snack for hamsters in addition to a normal hamster pelleted diet. Hamsters are omnivorous rodents and do best when fed a combination of an omnivore's diet.
