Yes, celery is good for hamsters when it is cut up into small pieces and fed in moderation, you should make sure there aren't any strings attached to the celery because they are choking hazards. Celery has lots of good nutritional perks, it's best fed in combination with other fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds on an occasional basis (once or twice per week).
