Yes, hamsters can eat celery when it is fed in moderation, celery should also be cut up into small pieces so that the strings of the celery don't end up getting stuck in your hamster's throat. According to a vet's blog post on PetMD, feeding celery to hamsters is ok, but it shouldn't be the only food fed to hamsters, it should be fed as an occasional treat. Too much celery can lead to diarrhea and other digestive problems with hamsters.
