Yes, bearded dragons do eat spinach, it's a great vegetable to feed to your bearded dragon because of all the calcium and phosphorous contained inside of it. Ideally, spinach should be fed in addition to a variety of different vegetables so that your bearded dragon can collect all of the good nutrition it possibly can.
