The best way to make your own reptile fogger is to get a humidifier, then glue a cone to the output of the humidifier, next attach a tube to the end of the cone and put it inside of your reptile enclosure. Afterwards you should have a DIY reptile fogger.

To make your own reptile fogger, you should get your own humidifier then piece together a bunch of tubes to the end of it and funnel it into your reptile's enclosure. Once you do that, you will have a reptile fogger that is operational and it may be a little bit cheaper. 

Personally though, I would just buy a fogger on my own, but that's just me.

It's probably better just to buy your own reptile fogger rather than making one, but if you're committed to doing it you can make one. Honestly I'd purchase one and I wouldn't spend the time and energy budling my own, but that's just me.

It kind of depends if the reptile foggers already available in the market satisfy your needs or not, if they don't then you could build your own.
