Yes, pumpkin seeds are good snacks for a yellow amazon parrot. They are nutritious and delicious, your yellow amazon parrot will happily eat them. They also really seem to love the flesh of the pumpkin that comes with them as well. In general, parrots really love to eat seeds and it's ok to feed them seeds as long as it's part of a greater varied diet. The only seeds you shouldn't feed them are apple seeds as they are highly toxic.
