It is difficult to ship your scarlet macaw, USPS outlaws the shipment of parrots, so you'd have to find a shipping company that will do it for you. Also want to look at the laws regulating where you can ship your scarlet macaw as well as what the shipping conditions for your bird would be like.

No, I wouldn't ship your scarlet macaw, probably breaks some rules with shipping companies, at least here in the United States it does. It's probably not the best experience for your Scarlet Macaw anyways...
