The white tiny worms coming out of your feeder crickets are probably just maggots or fly larvae, your reptile/amphibian should be fine as long as they aren't eaten by your reptile/amphibian. Ideally you should aim to clean up any dead feeder crickets you see to minimize the presence of these maggots. Overall they are pretty harmless and you shouldn't worry too much about them as they are a natural byproduct of deceased things.
