Yes, feeder crickets can chirp if they have reached sexual maturity, it depends on how old the feeder crickets are when you got them if they are young and haven't reached sexual maturity then they won't chirp. If they have and they are chirping you can always set them in an area of your house where they aren't bothering you or put some sort of lights on inside their container. They won't chirp when they think it's daytime.
