Thawed bloodworms are good for around a few days, afterwards they are susceptible to rotting then passing on diseases to your fish. Best to feed them as soon as you can after they thaw out, and only thaw out the bloodworms you will be feeding that day and leave the other bloodworms frozen. Best not to keep thawing then refreezing because the food quality drops.
