Yes, bloodworms need to be in a fridge in order for them to survive, they don't do well in even moderately warm temperatures. They survive and thrive at temperatures of 35-37* Fahrenheit, around the temperature of the inside of your fridge. You should add a tiny bit of water to fill the bottom of their container inside the fridge as well, this helps them stay alive longer.
