To water mealworms, you should add in fresh, juicy fruits and vegetables like carrots, tomatoes, oranges, mangos, watermelon and kiwi, they will receive water from these fruits and vegetables. You can also add in a Thirsty Cricket gel cube which will hydrate them in the same way. Whatever you do, don't add in an actual water dish as they can drown inside of it.
