Yes, chinchillas can eat blueberries, however blueberries should only be fed to chinchillas as a treat, they shouldn't make up the entirety of their diet. That goes for any other fruit, they are high in sugars and will make your chinchilla sick unfortunately. Instead you should feed your chinchilla hay on a consistent basis.
